This paper attempts to explain a TianXiaShiJie(pax-sinica) in that the holistic structuralism perspective and to explores new research questions for the Chinese Empire Project Strategy in the twenty-first century. In this paper the main issue which I offer is the great transformation of china in the geo-political and geoeconomy level. The process of evolutional development is separated to the struggle era(china 1.0), the manufacture era(china 2.0) and the consumption era(china 3.0). A transition problem in Chinese Socialist System is the fact that china is deeply linked with a new capitalist world-economy system and the world division of labor system in geo-economy level. It regards a China Hegemonic Rising as global hegemonic power shift which was a foundation of economic power. Chinese Power Shift is based on economic growth during 30 years open door policy. I can understand that China’s change and leap have the process of disband, reconstruction, expansion and tolerance through chinese modern history. After Deng’s era, China pursue to a new challenge for global hegemony that calls the construction of China Empire. China is going to continue to evolve from world factory to world consumption market. According to the analysis about the changes of Chinese Socialist System, It would be concluded of the fact that the path of upgrade Chinese Socialist System is the reintegration of the capitalist world economy. Chinese Government focus on taking hold global economy hegemony and political hegemony. The changes of China’ Socialist System seemed to be related with the proper application of the logic of ‘Hegemonic Cycle’ and ‘Kontratief Cycle’ to illustrate the china dream in the capitalist world economy. The struggle for global hegemony between USA and PRC is continuing through 21century.

Compensation system of collective land requisition in China calls for many improvements. This Paper tries to discuss three points of such issue. Firstly, function of due process will be checked for protecting rights of citizen involved. Secondly, public engagement in administrative process shall be analyzed for more justice in requisition case. And finally, an improved compensation system of collective land requisition will be provided in theory.

Korea-China bilateral trade and economic cooperation has grown by leaps and bounds over 20 years since August 1992 Korea-China diplomatic relations and with the actual conclusion of the FTA between the two countries the economic cooperation is expected to accelerate in accordance. Under this background, as a way to strengthen the economic cooperation between the two countries, it can be said to have implications to reflect on the necessity and way for economic cooperation between local governments of both nations. In addition, the best ways to maximize the effectiveness of the Korea-China FTA should be devised, of which the cooperation between local governments and the establishment of the Economic Cooperation demonstration area will be an effective means. If South Korea and China are to promote economic cooperation in such a way that they select Special Economic Zone(SEZ) as pilot areas, it may be appropriate to consider both the geographical proximity and the size of the economy of concerned areas, as well as the two governments strong policy commitment to the economic development on the areas. Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone where the chinese government tries to make it a base for trilateral economic integration(Korea-China-Japan) on the basis of hegemony of the marine economy will be a stepping stone for Korea- China-Japan economic cooperation, leading to the establishment of so-called ‘Hwang- Hae Rim’ by making District Development Plan of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone in 2011. Saemangeum area of economic cooperation is the first case of cross-border economic cooperation SEZ being promoted in the Korea. Thus, many Korean companies can take advantage of expanding into the Chinese market by investing Saemangeum area of economic cooperation, and in the case of the Chinese enterprises, they can also take advantage of Saemangeum area of economic cooperation, making this area a base to expand into global market, because Saemangeum area of economic cooperation will be fostered by the central governments between the two countries. To take advantage of these pilot areas as a global economic free zone, a trilateral network(Korea-China-Japan) must be configured for each region’s purpose, and an accurate understanding of the policies and legislation of those concerned nations needs to be prioritized.

This article mainly aims to analyze the study and the prospect of Vietnam and China’s conflict relation with Vietnam’s perspectives. Geography and history have jointly made Vietnam into one of the countries most sensitive to developments in South East Asia. Half of Vietnam’s past was under Chinese rule. In almost another half, Vietnam looked at China as the largest source of challenges. Now as well as then, Vietnam lies on china’s Opportunities and Challenges. But Vietnam have an own strategies against China that from the historical experience. Currently, Vietnam still has territorial disputes to solve problem with China. But Vietnam still can handle territorial disputes with multilateral international cooperation and the solution of economic compensation through economic relationship with China. Moreover, Interaction of balance of power among China, America, and ASEAN is used for Vietnam’s china respondence of strategy. Vietnam and China’s conflict relation is still repeating in the 21st century. But their conflict relation began to take on a different aspect compared to those of the past. That is to say “Conflict based on the bilateral relationship of cooperation” or “Mutual cooperation for their conflict management” China and Vietnam has own their strategies from ancient relationship to current territorial disputes. And From their historical experience, we hope to get the message for the Korea’s response strategy of china’s challenges

This study utilized official documents from CNPC and Chinese central government, related literature, analyzed the Construction and Connection between Central Asia – China Gas Pipeline and West - East Natural Gas Project and its economic effects. These pipelines are developing substantial energy networks between Central Asia and China. Also, They reflects the economic interests between natural gas import country (China) and main export country(Turkmenistan), transit and export countries (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan). From the economic viewpoint, China can import more cheaper price than sea transportation by LNG ship. Also, she can diversifies import lines of natural gas. Turkmenistan is able to diversify natural gas export roots and get economic gains from export to China, the biggest market in East Asia. Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan can get economic fruits from transit fee, create the opportunity to export her produced natural gas to China after the complement of connection between Central Asia – China Gas Pipeline and West - East Natural Gas Project. In Particular, Kazakhstan will resolve old domestic problem the connection of western (area of production) and eastern (area of consumption). Tajikistan also can obtain customs fee after the opening of forth line of Central Asia – China Gas Pipeline. After the openning of the first line of Central Asia – China Gas Pipeline, Russia proposed the aid of construction TAPI natural gas pipeline. It has the meaning on the containment of China’s expansion in Central Asia. Also, the demand of natural gas will be increased when the underdeveloped parts in Russia will enter rapid economic development stage. It willl be aggravated competition on central Asia natural gas between Russia and China. For this reason, construction and connection between Central Asia – China Gas Pipeline and West - East Natural Gas Project in China has huge possibility to become a competitive energy network with Russia and other countries’ natural gas pipelines in Central Asia. Also, These natural gas pipelines will help the realization of silk road economic belt which Xi Jinping proposed in September, 2013.

The dairy industry has rapidly developed in China because their eating style has become more westernized and economic developments has increased their household income. The industry in China has the potential power to grow gradually even though their maximum intake of dairy products per year is only one-third of Korea, a very small amount relative to America or Europe. But their consumer markets has been shrinking for several years due to accidents have been occurring. Although the Chinese government and dairy industries have intervened in the matter, the imported products are increasing on account of the consumers still have suspicions toward local dairy food and lack of public trust. The previous research shows that the main concern of dairy products was melamine food risk or the research from the powdered milk market. This study will show the outlook for future Korean products trying to enter the Chinese market on the basis of analyzing the changing consumption attitude of the Chinese consumers and their policies. The government has concerns about children’s unbalanced nutrition and their parents concern for their children’s growth as well. Dairy products are a perfect food which is easy to obtain and it’s a huge potential market in China.
