International Journalism and communication has its own unique rules. Therefore, the improvement and development being required to establish the strong international communication system by economic power; setting up the concept of communication and communication strategies; accelerating the construction of the Internet, creating a new situation of international news communication; using the propagation characteristics of China as well as forming a wide range of Chinese international communication standards; strengthening exchanges and cooperation with Latin American international media in various fields; paying attention to the study of essence of international communication, so as to strengthen the theoretical research in this field. According to the international rules of news communication and the present global situation, to analyze the development of effective communication strategies, to collect feedback information, to rectify the deviation and adjustment in the process of communication, and to evaluate the communication effect, is the necessary way to enhance the international competitiveness of overseas broadcast media all over the world. Under the guidance of the communication theory, win‐win cooperation between Asian and global media is promoted.
